During over 20 years working in construction site management I have seen some radical changes in how we run our sites and particularly over the last few years. And one change that has had a significant impact on the role of site managers is the introduction of more systems which demand more paperwork. The problem is that not all sites can afford a full time administrator and a lot of really good site managers are not always as good at the paperwork.
